- Act as liasion between customers and service technicians regarding vehicle problems
- Provide world-class customer service
- Make service recommendations and go over the maintenance schedule with the customer
- Present the facts/needs of the car to the customer
Qualifications
- Proven track record in the automotive service industry
- Must work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and technical resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Automotive Service Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quality automotive services by performing inspections/diagnosis/repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently
- Deliver world-class customer service
Qualifications
- ASE certification
- Accredited training
- Previous related experience with proven results
Automotive Sales Representative

- Responsible for selling vehicles and meeting sales goals
- Determine customer automotive needs by listening and asking questions
- Provide world-class customer service to create customer loyalty
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success strongly preferred
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a professional image
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
